Isles of Scilly - AONB

A New Chair for the AONB Partnership

The Isles of Scilly Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) Partnership is pleased to announce that Cllr Amanda Martin has been appointed as the new Chair of the AONB Partnership.

The Isles of Scilly AONB Partnership works to conserve and enhance the outstanding landscape of the Isles of Scilly and is made up of organisations, businesses and individuals that work in partnership with the Council of the Isles of Scilly to develop and deliver the AONB Management Plan.  The AONB Partnership includes the Duchy of Cornwall, Tresco Estate, Islands’ Partnership, the Isles of Scilly Wildlife Trust, Natural England, English Heritage, the RSPB and the National Farmers Union, as well as representatives from the local community.

The AONB Partnership and Staff Unit look forward to working with Amanda, particularly as we look to develop a new AONB Management Plan (2015-2020) and projects to deliver the new plan.
