Sustainable Development FundThe Isles of Scilly Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) is a nationally important protected landscape, renowned for the richness and diversity of its landscape, seascape, habitats and cultural heritage. The AONB designation safeguards Scilly's vibrant community and ensures that the Islands' unique resources and special qualities are conserved. The Sustainable Development Fund is one mechanism to help keep the AONB special.
Sustainable Development Fund 2010-2011Groups, organisations and businesses are invited to apply to the Sustainable Development Fund 2010-2011. Proposed projects should seek to conserve and enhance Scilly's environment and to improve the quality of life for residents and visitors.
